Our headquarters are based on the edge of Manchester City Centre, where our operations team look after thousands of orders each year working closely with our on-site laboratory and quality assurance services. Our commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction is driven by our renowned inhouse team who offer a vast amount of industry experience, ranging from global procurement and logistics, to product development, quality assurance, finance and sales.
We are an ISO:9001 accredited company and take quality extremely seriously. Our in-house quality control laboratory works in partnership with our global suppliers and customers to ensure consistency, quality and durability of products. This is combined with our external partners, ranging from key independent laboratories to major industry bodies.
Our logistics centre is a 60,000 square feet facility on the outskirts of Manchester which feeds our own storage, distribution and quality facilities at our head office. From international shipping lines, to local distribution partners- we work closely with our entire logistics chain striving to be on time, every time™ for our customers of all sizes in the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.
